The Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC) is pleased to announce an opportunity for recent graduates to apply for the position of Sub Inspector as Patwari and Lekhpal for the 2022 intake. To be successful in securing this role, candidates must first pass the written exam, followed by the Physical Efficiency Test and Physical Measurement Test (PET and PMT), Document Verification and Medical Examination.

UKPSC Recruitment 2022 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: The candidate should have graduated from a recognised university. Candidates who wish to apply for the post of Lekhpal should have 2 years of experience in the Territorial Army or possess a B/C certificate of National Cadet Core.

UKPSC Patwari Lekhpal Age Limit: The age limit for Patwari is 21 to 28 years and for Lekhpal is 21 to 35 years.

UKPSC Recruitment 2022 For Patwari and Lekhpal Exam Pattern

UKPSC Patwari Lekhpal Physical Eligibility Test (PET):

The following are the eligibility requirements for the UKPSC Patwari Lekhpal Physical Eligibility Test (PET):

• Male applicants must complete a 7 km race within 60 minutes.
• Female applicants must complete a 3.5 km race within 35 minutes.

UKPSC Physical Standard Test only for Patwari:

For male candidates, a minimum height of 168 cm is mandatory. For female candidates, a minimum height of 152 cm is mandatory. Candidates of hill origin will be given a relaxation of 5 cm.

For male candidates, a chest expansion of 84 cm is required, out of which a minimum expansion of 5 cm is mandatory. Candidates of hill origin will be given a relaxation of 5 cm. For female candidates, a minimum weight is required.
