WBBPE TET 2022 Notification
The West Bengal Board of Primary Education (WBBPE) has released the official notification for the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) 2022. The application process will be started online on the official website wbbpeonline.com. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can apply for the exam by filling out the application form and submitting it before the last date.
If you are interested in becoming an assistant teacher for primary school students in West Bengal, you will need to take the West Bengal Teacher Eligibility Test (WB TET). WBBPE TET 2022 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have passed 12th grade with at least 50% marks and possess a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education/B.El.Ed/Diploma in Special Education or Graduation with 50% marks and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed). For more information on eligibility, please see the PDF below:
To be eligible to take the exam, the candidate must earn a minimum score of 60% on 150 total marks. For reserved categories including SC/ST/OBC A/ OBC B/PH/EC/Ex-Serviceman and DH, a score of 55% is required.
General candidates are required to pay Rs. 150/-, OBC candidates are required to pay Rs. 100, and SC/ST/PH candidates are required to pay Rs. 50/-. Application fees can only be paid online.

To apply for the WBBPE TET 2022, follow these steps:
- Visit the official website of WBBPE at wbbpeonline.com.
- Click on the button labeled “APPLY FOR TEACHER ELIGIBILITY TEST, 2022 (TET-2022)”.
- Click on the option for Apply for Teacher Eligibility Test, 2022(TET-2022).
- Read the instructions carefully, then input your email id and mobile number. An OTP will be sent to the mobile number you provided.
- Fill in the application form with all of the required details.
- Upload a recent photograph and signature.
- Check the details you have entered for accuracy.
- Modify any details that are incorrect (if required).
- Make payment.
- Take a printout of the completed Application form and wait for an announcement from WBBPE.
